I'm super excited, as I found a Lowepro Slingshot 100 on craigslist for $25! They're normally $80 new, so I'm stoked that I got it for so cheap. Before, I only had the Nikon bag that came with my camera kit, and I hated that monster. Big and square with yellow trim and the Nikon name on it, it might as well have been flashing "I'M A CAMERA BAG! STEAL ME!" I hated that thing. It was uncomfortable to carry, and when I made my boyfriend carry it, the strap wasn't even big enough to fit over his shoulder. I just found out that I CAN use my stepdad's film lenses on my DSLR. xD The camera just has to be in manual mode. Should've realized! :doh: I tried the telephoto lens on, and it worked...and the when it came to taking it off, it got stuck. Eventually I had to kind of force it...it came off with a crunching sound and a bit of shredded plastic, hehe. And I know this is stupid, but...I tried it again. xD At it came off with no problem at all the second time. I think the first time I just might've put it on wrong or something. xD (Though the crunching noise would've been the lens scraping the camera...and now that it's scraped, it's scraped for
